What’s behind a fabric manufacturing?

03/12/2014

Buying a fabric doesn’t mean we have simply an element that will become part of our entire life. It will become a great experience such as sharing passion and handcraft know-how always aimed at the realization of unique high quality products in line with client’s needs.

Modern productive dynamics don’t  perform the whole work for a single handcraft atelier according to the old manufacturing methods and traditions;  high demand  and an even more competitive market required the use  of specialized equipment,  the support to ancient teaching  given by masters hand craftsmen .

The several faces which characterize a working process deriving from an old productive system can be resumed in this way: the first phase is about the material  assessment and choice. They will be part of the own company core; linen, cotton, silk, leather high quality fabrics ...

In order to understand what the client likes best  along with an assessment of his needs, the second phase is about target study and human relation networking.

In order to best satisfy client’s requirements without neglecting production needs, the third phase is about the best technique to be used.

The fourth phase  is about materials definition: we get the best fabrics that are subsequently chosen, washed and ironed.

The fifth phase is about the template preparation, the guideline to the realization of the product; than the cutting phase. Later they sew the cloth and coat the product possibly finishing  with an optional  decoration.

CTA strongly believes in this working method and every day its team is involved in the realization of unique products meticulously designed and produced with the same passion and devotion from generations.
