FARAFRA FABRIC, ETHNIC AND MODERN STYLE REINTERPRETATION BY CTA

20/03/2018

Do you want to recreate some ethnic exotic atmospheres into your own house? All this can be absolutely possible thanks to Oasis collection with its Farafra fabric as the main protagonist. This kind of fabric will help you create and recall desert nuances in your cozy and elegant settings.

Thanks to the skillful use of dévoré technique, we appreciate Farafra fabric, a kind of fabric named after this small Egyptian oasis known as “The White Desert” due to some cream tone chalky formations that give this place a lunar, silvery evocative atmosphere.

These landscape typical shades are the same tones available for this new CTA textile: they are white, beige, grey, dove grey and a bold aqua.

We are talking about a light fabric, since it is made of 60% viscose and 40% polyester. It is ideal for light and soft window treatment curtains that are able to enhance the setting’s natural brightness.

In order to add value to all Farafra fabric decorative makings, we suggest choosing it for neutral and airy settings without sharp-cornered shapes. This will prevent us from creating an excessively heavy setting. Decorating your setting with geometric motifs or basic patterns is always a successful choice because it adds an original, ethnic and modern touch to any refined and never ordinary setting.

Due to FARAFRA wide range of available chromatic variants, we can opt for it even with minimalist or Scandinavian style settings.
