ARMCHAIR CHANGES ITS LOOK!

It may come that we experience a need of changing look to our house, above all if we are inspired by new tendencies or styles, from new chromatic trends or simply moved by the desire of breaking our settings’ routine.
In these situations, furnishing complements are great allies when we want to change our houses’ look without spending too much money or without big twisting.
Lamps, vases, rugs, pillows…and much more! An old armchair can take its original life thanks to a special coating we particularly like.
The only precaution you better keep in mind is paying attention to the matching with the preexisting sofas.
If you opted for a neutral colored sofa, an evergreen one, you can choose a more ‘daring’ coating. Choosing and changing among lively colors and important patterns will be a very exciting experience.
First of all, the best thing you can do is keeping this simple rules in mind: even if the materials are different you have to pay attention to heights! Short Seats are ok but the result won’t be good if we match disproportioned elements.
It’s preferable, then, never to match classical styles from different ages, it’s probably better matching a classical sofa and a modern armchair or vice versa. If the armchair has a lively color, then it could be funny recalling this bright tone by choosing some colored pillows to be positioned on the sofa.
Always up to date are the floral patterns, but be sure not to match floral coatings with some other different floral patterns because they could create a confused effect.
In the end we recommend to be very careful when choosing colors because if you choose two different shades one for the sofa and one for the armchair, all the rest will have to follow the same chromatic declinations.
