FABRICS IS EVERYTHING: A GREAT EXHIBITION ABOUT TEXTILE MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE FROM PRATO, ITALY.

Fabric is everything is maybe the greatest cultural initiative dedicated to contemporary fabrics ever organized in Italy. The title, a quotation from the Master of Style, Yohij Yamamoto, it’s a declaration of love for fabrics, raw material and key element of quality and beauty  of a fashion product.
Whit this firm belief in mind, the Museo del Tessuto in Prato, Italy, one of the most operative European  cultural centers specialized in fabrics and fashion, awards its districts’ manufacturing productivity showing the latest and newest results in technical research, flair and style.
Within the striking rooms of Ex Cimatoria Campolmi , architectural beauty of this city, a huge recreational and fantastic exhibition displays over 200 fabrics. 1000 mq that were the exact space of a previous manufacture becomes a wonderful treasure chest greeting of its visitors immersing themselves in a world of materials and colours. Interpreted by 4 huge installations, fabrics become the exclusive protagonists in their exalting variety and creative richness, true contemporary works of art.
