CTA SUPPORTING THE “MADE IN” CAMPAIGN

Due to its manufacturing excellence, productive efficiency and high-standard professional service, Italy is a worldwide known industrial reality. A “Made in Italy” product is the warranty for an high standard product: So, high quality is guaranteed thus providing a greater company visibility.
Since 2005 European Commission presented a first regulation proposal for the “Made in” indication relating to third countries as a protection for the consumer, making him aware about product’s origin when he purchases it. Obviously, this is not a prerogative of all companies. There are a lot of controversies on this topic still going on. The “made in Italy” hallmark was born on 1990; the institute for the protection of Italian manufacturers (I.T.P.I.) is the agency entitled to certify/declare that the product has been entirely made in Italy.
How does this CERTIFICATION work?
100% made in Italy brand can be assigned to every kind of product entirely designed, manufactured and packed in Italy, made with Italian semi-finished products and high quality materials in compliance with the best Italian handcrafted traditions, exclusive designs and projects according to the main regulations about safety and hygiene matters. The agency certifies the presence and correctness of the main criteria providing also for a traceability system: it assigns a distinguishing feature fitted with an hologram anti-counterfeiting brand, together with an identification number to be applied to the product and let every single consumer and dealer verify the true Italian origin.
It is worthy to remember that, in Italy, counterfeit goods’ market is worth 17 billion with a drop of 185.000 job roles. We strongly believe that this battle can be won : we are trying hard to value what is typical along with other local manufacturing excellences.
