CORINTO, DOROTEA E NIMES…CLASSICAL ELEGANCE MEETS INNOVATION
04/06/2014
Three fabrics interpreting
linen righteousness, thus exalting its main characteristics: versatility,
strength, simplicity, elegance and romance…
CORINTO line is named after
the ancient southern Greek flourishing city thus representing the perfect
union between tradition and innovation, old fibers and new technologies. Due to
a great resin finishing, the fabric proposes a particular interpretation of
window treatment curtains and table covers thanks to its light and soft
appearance to our eyes and its strength and structure to our touch. We propose
Corinto in a 310/315 cm height version, with 205 gr/m2 in
ten colour variants in a chromatic range from natural tones to safari nuances
which are linen typical tones.
Evocative DOROTEA was a
wonderful discovery by Marco Polo and Italo Calvino as well, being it a magical
and romantic metropolis. The fabric from PURITY catalogue is quite the same as
this city from which it takes inspiration. DOROTEA is a wonderful 100% linen, a
very romantic choice evoking a very natural and simple style liven up by some
rhomboidal shapes created by the linen ribbon’s contrasting effect. We propose
two variants, that’s to say, the first one is a tone sur tone one while the
other one is made of unbleached linen and beige. In order to satisfy the most
sophisticated needs, DOROTEA can be easily matched with this solid color fabric
called ZORA, (140 H).
Often defined as a “French
Rome”, among the European provinces it had its maximum splendor, indeed, under
the Roman Empire. NIMES is the name of the fabrics’ line belonging
to PURITY collection made of 80% linen and 20% polyester . The delicate and
elegant macramé decoration enhances the yarn. It’s suitable for window
treatment curtains and we created different neutral white or beige and sandy elegant
chromatic variants.
